BTC Kokrajhar Recruitment 2025: Online applications are hereby invited from the intending eligible candidates who are resident of Bodoland Territorial Region, Assam having registration in the Employment Exchange of the state of Assam for filling up of total 569 posts of 294 (two hundred ninety-four) Nos. of Grade III and 275 (two hundred seventy-five) Nos. of Grade IV posts under PWD, Education, Forest, Irrigation, Sericulture, Skill Employment & Entrepreneurship Deptt. (SEED), Information & Public Relations (I&PR) and Agriculture Department, BTC in the Pay Band and Grade Pay as per ROP, 2017 along with other allowances as admissible.

Name of post: Grade III & Grade IV

Qualification Wise Vacancy:

i) Graduate Level or equivalent: 190 posts
ii) HS Level or equivalent: 104 posts
iii) Grade-IV or equivalent: 275 posts

Name of department: PWD, Education, Forest, Irrigation, Sericulture, Skill Employment & Entrepreneurship Deptt. (SEED), Information & Public Relations (I&PR) and Agriculture Department, BTC

Resident-ship: Candidates must be permanent resident of the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), Assam. 

 

Note:- Candidates belonging to the newly added 60 (sixty) Nos. of villages from Biswanath and Sonitpur District to Udalguri District under BTR vide Govt. Notification (i) No. E-233475/387, dated 21st Sept., 2024 and (ii) No.E-233475/303, dated 6th Nov., 2023 are also eligible to apply for the posts.

Age Limit: The candidates shall not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on 1st January, 2025. The upper age limit is relaxable as per existing Government norms: The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the School/Matriculation/HSLC Certificate/Admit Card/Birth Certificate issued by a recognized Board/Council/Schools or other Government document as applicable and notified.

Employment Exchange Registration: Applicants must be registered with any of the Employment Exchange of the state of Assam.

Educational Qualification of BTC Recruitment:

# Graduate Level or equivalent:

i) LDA/Jr.Asstt./Statistical Asstt./ Computer Asstt.: Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 1(one) year diploma in computer from recognized Institutions.

ii) Internal Auditor: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field, business administration or related field.

iii) Library Asstt.: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with diploma in Library Science.

iv) Store Keeper:

(a) Bachelor’s degree with 1(one) year diploma in computer.
(b) ITI passed in any trade from Govt. recognized institution.
(c) 3 (three) years professional experience in handling industrial store with knowledge of inventory control from recognized establishment.

# HS Level or equivalent:

i) Agri. Extn. Asstt(AEA), Field Assistant, Primary Investigator(PI) and Grafter: Minimum HS (Arts/Sc./Commerce) Exam passed.

ii) Surveyor: Minimum 12th Exam passed or equivalent nd a certificate in Draftsmanship from recognized Institution.

iii) Field Man & Power Sprayer & Duster Operator (PS&DO): Minimum HS (Arts/Sc/Commerce) passed with Certificate/Diploma on Industrial Training.

iv) Information and Public Relation (I&PR):

a) Minimum HSLC Exam passed
b) A certificate from recognized Technical Institution or practical experience of atleast 3 years in a reputed
organization in handling electronic equipments, repairing and maintenance of PA system, Radio sets amplifier, generator, projector, TV etc.

# Grade-IV or equivalent: Minimum education qualification for Grade-IV posts is Class-VIII passed and maximum HS Exam. passed

Selection Process of BTR Grade III & Grade IV Recruitment:

The eligible candidates applying for all the posts as mentioned above will have to appear for a written examination and oral interview at their own expenses as and when called for.

Syllabus for Written Examination:

The eligible candidates will have to appear for a written examination of 2 (two) hours duration containing 100 marks (written exam=80 and oral interview= 20 marks) on the following subjects:

(i) General English,
(ii) General Knowledge with special emphasis on BTR and Assam,
(iii) Logistical Reasoning and Aptitude and
(iv) Arithmetic
