Assam Direct Recruitment Online Correction/ Edit:
State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has released two notifications regarding opening of correction window for candidates who submitted their ADRE applications with wrong particulars. The application correction window for Assam Direct Recruitment will be open from 11 Am of 5th January to 18th January 2024. All those candidates who entered any wrong particulars, may now correct their particulars through this correction window.
Assam Direct Recruitment 2023:
Respective State Level Recruitment Commissions of Govt. of Assam have released two employment notifications for the recruitment of 12600 Grade III & Grade IV Vacancy under different departments / establishments in Government of Assam. These vacancies will be filled up by the recruitment rules framed by the newly constituted Assam Direct Recruitment Commission for Analogous Posts in Class III and Class IV Act 2021 and Assam Direct Recruitment for Class III and Class IV Analogous Posts Rules 2022. A single written exam along with skill test or interview will be held for each category of posts and a merit list will be prepared accordingly for appointment.

As First step, a candidate has to do common registration in the portal before proceeding with filling of the online application of Class III posts Or Class IV posts. Candidate may register from either of the Class III or Class IV Website. For example - If a candidate regÃsters for Class III Post then he/she need not register again for Class IV Post. Assam Direct Recruitment Online Application Portal:
Assam Direct Recruitment Commission will conduct separate competitive examinations for selection of candidates for different category of posts. Accordingly, commission will select candidates for recommendation on merit, in order of higher Grade Pay taking into consideration reservations for SC, ST, OBC and other categories.
The detail selection process of ADRE 2023 has not been released. As per official notification, scheme of examination will be published at least one week before the conduct of written test. Hence, candidates are requested to check the last year's selection process to get a sample idea about the exam as described below.
The examinations shall be held separately on different dates so as to enable higher degree holders to appear in more than one examination.
Bachelor's Degree Level:

ADRE Merit List:
The preparation of merit list for appointment against various category of posts will be executed through following stages.
# On the basis of the marks obtained in the written examination a list of all candidates shall be prepared in order of merit.
# Additionally, minimum qualifying marks, of the marks obtained in the written examination, for General Candidates and Candidates belonging to the different reserved categories, shall be determined by the Commission to short list candidates, from the above list, to be called for Computer test/ other test/ practical test in a ratio to be decided by the Commission.
# The Commission shall determine minimum qualifying marks for Computer test/ other test/ practical test.
# Candidates securing less than the qualifying marks in the Computer test/ other test/ practical test shall not be eligible for selection.
# On the basis of the marks obtained in the written examination a list of all candidates shall be prepared in order of merit.
# Additionally, minimum qualifying marks, of the marks obtained in the written examination, for General Candidates and Candidates belonging to the different reserved categories, shall be determined by the Commission to short list candidates, from the above list, to be called for Computer test/ other test/ practical test in a ratio to be decided by the Commission.
