How to apply Golaghat District Judiciary Recruitment 2023 ??
1. Candidates who fulfil the requisite eligibility criteria are asked to submit their applications in the standard form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part IX and fill all the fields in BLOCK Letters using Black/ Blue ball pen only.
2. One recent passport size, photograph will be pasted in the specified box and additional 2 copies of recent passport size photographs will be affixed for any future use. The applicant will put their signature in the specified place.
Selection Process:
Stage 1- Common Written Test of 50 (Fifty) marks
Duration: 01 (One) Hour.
Syllabus: (i) English, (ii) General Knowledge & (iii) Assamese.
Stage 2 Interview/viva-voce (20 Marks).
Terms & Conditions:
1. Filled up “Application Form” along with age certificate, educational qualification certificate, caste certificate from competent authority, employment registration certificate must be sent by post to the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golaghat or may be dropped in the Drop Box for application to be kept at the premise of office of the undersigned (Third Floor). All documents furnished with the application must be self attested by the candidate himself/ herself. Application shall be written neatly in Block letters.
2. The applicant must have written the post applied for in Bold Letter in front of the envelope.
3. Application made in any other mode except as indicated above shall be summarily rejected without any communication.
4. All filled up applications should reach the office of the undersigned within 30 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. No applications received thereafter shall be entertained.
5. The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and the upper age limit for SC and ST(H) candidates would be 45 years as per Govt Notification No. ABP. 06/2016/51, dated at Dispur the 2nd September, 2020 issued by department of Personnel, Govt. of Assam.
6. Applicants those who are already in Government Service should submit their application through proper channel. They shall have to produce NOC at the time of document verification and release order at the time of joining from their present employer.
7. The inclusion of candidate’s name in the list shall confer no right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as may considered necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment.
8. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for appearing in the written test and viva voce.
9. Incomplete application in any respect will be rejected without assigning any reason.
10. If any applicant is found suppressing material facts like educational qualification etc, his/ her application will be cancelled and criminal proceeding will be initiated as per Law.
11. No individual call letter will be sent to eligible candidates by post, however list of candidates to be called for written test and viva voce will be uploaded in the official website and the candidate will download the same from the official website.

13. If any candidate is found canvassing directly/ indirectly, his/ her candidature will be rejected.
14. The selection Board reserve the right to cancel, alter or modify the advertisement or other terms and conditions of the advertisement without any prior notice if so necessary.
