 In pursuance of the approval accorded by the Govt. of Assam and Revenue & D.M. (LR) Department, Dispur, Guwahati-06 vide letter No. Ecf No. 38235/105 Dtd. 10.11.2022 applications are hereby invited from the eligible candidates who are citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 8 of the constitution of India domiciled in the state of Assam for filling up 31 (thirty one) numbers of sanctioned vacant post of Mandal (Grade-III) under the amalgamated establishment of Deputy Commissioner. Golaghat .



DC Office Golaghat Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Details: 

Name of post: Mandal (Grade III)
Total posts: 31 [UR-22, SC-1, EWS-7, PWD-1]

Educational Qualification: 
a) The candidates must have passed HSLC examination or equivalent examination. 
b) The candidates must possess a valid 6 (six) months RCCC training passed certificate from Assam Surveys & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati. 
c) The candidates should possess minimum 6 (six) months diploma/ certificate In computer proficiency from a Govt recognized institute

Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs 14,000/-to 60,500/- per month and Grade Pay Rs. 6,200/- with other allowances as admissible under the rules.

Age Limit: Candidates must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age on 01" January, 2022. The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years in case of candidates of OBC/MOBC, 5 years in case of candidates of SC & ST and 10 years for PWD candidates as per Govt. office Memorandum issued from time to time.



Selection Procedure:The candidates applying for the post of Mandal will have to appear for written test. The syllabus of the written examination will be as follows :


a) Against each vacancy, 4 (four) Nos of candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test. 
b) The candidates shortlisted based on written test will have to appear in the computer Proficiency Test (Practical) 25 marks. 
c) The candidates who qualified the written test must produce all original testimonials for verification at the time of computer Proficiency Test. 
d) Since the applications are submitted online, the question of submission of applications through proper channel in case of candidates already employed becomes redundant. However such candidates shall intimate their appropriate appointing authority about the submission of application. 
e) The final selection list will be prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in both objective type written test and will contain the names of candidates equal to the numbers of vacancies advertised and selected. There will be no waiting list. 
f) The selected candidates will have to submit an undertaking to the appointing authority that they will abide by the New Pension Rules of the Govt. issued vide Finance Department’s letter No. BW-3/03/ /Pt-II/1 dtd. 25.01.2005. 
g) The appointment shall be made after keeping due reservation of the vacancies for SC, ST(P), ST(H) candidates as per Govt. guideline and maintaining Roster Points vide Govt. OM No. TAD/BC/ 68/2011/Pt-l/ dtd. 4.11.2013. h) All appointment will be made after Police Verification report and Certificate of medical Fitness as per procedure. 
i) No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the written test/Computer Proficiency Test.
j) The date and venue of the written test / Computer Proficiency Test will be notified later on through News Paper/District website and in the same link https://ift.tt/aZeVvKt and they will have to download their ADMIT CARD from the above mentioned website. Only those candidates who have qualified in the written test will be called for Computer Proficiency Test. 
k) No manual application form will be accepted. 
l) Candidates should be well versed in state official language.

d) Candidates are required to upload latest passport size photograph, Admit Card/Certificate of Metric/ HSLC examination, HSLC Mark sheet, 6 (six) months Recorders Certificate Class Course (RCCC) training passed Certificate, 6 (six) months diploma/certificate in computer proficiency, scanned signature, NOC from through concerned authority (for those already employed), EWS Certificate (in case of EWS category), Caste Certificate (in case of reserved Category candidates), Employment Exchange Card, Disability Certificate (in case of differently abled / PWD (low vision) issued by competent authority declaration in form “A” under rule 5(1) of the Assam Public Services (application for small family norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2019 to be submitted. INSTRUCTION FOR APPLICANTS.
Applicant should read all the following instructions before applying:

1. Scan your recent Passport Size Color Photograph and keep it ready for uploading.The image size should be minimum 7 KB and should not exceed 50 KB and the image dimension should be 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm.The image format should be JPG or JPEG or PNG . Background of the photograph should be white. No other format of image will be accepted.

2. Scan your Specimen signature and make it ready for uploading. Size should be minimum 7 KB and should not exceed 30 KB and the image dimension should be 1.5cm by 2.5cm. The image format should be JPG or JPEG or PNG. No other format of image will be accepted.

3. Scan the following documents. Size should not exceed 200 KB. The document format should be JPG/JPEG/PNG/PDF. No other format will be accepted. Documents required to upload are as follows-

  • Photograph ( Recent one of size 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm with white background )
  • Signature ( Scanned copy of the signature preferably with Black Ball pen ) 
  • Age Proof ( HSLC Admit Card / Certificate issued by Board / Council )
  • HSLC Mark Sheet
  • HSLC Certificate ( Minimum Qualification Certificate ) 
  • Certificate of Diploma in Computer Application (Minimum 6 months Diploma in Computer Application from Institute recognized by the Government)
  • Recorders' Certificate Class Course (RCCC) training
  • Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) (If applicable)
  • PWD Certificate (If applicable)
  • NOC from the employer if the applicant is already in Govt. service.
